Do You Have Too Many Books?

I love to read books. The smells, the feeling of holding a paperback book, maybe a little worn around the edges, a little yellowing or even brown on the pages indicating a book well read and kept for many years, or a fresh, crisp new book, the excitement I anticipate when I turn the first page to get lost in…

Do you have too many books? Well, I do not think there is such a thing, but this story is not just about books. Read on and be inspired by a popular book I read!

Thoughts About Living the Fulltime RV Lifestyle

As I ponder living the fulltime RV lifestyle, sitting on my lawn chair (do people still call these chairs lawn chairs?), looking out at a desert landscape something, I see something I have not seen in a while: clear blue skies with nary a cloud. How I missed the desert! The wind plays with my bangs on my forehead with a gentleness as I turn my head with a small pony tail caught up on my head. Peace is reigning once again with a sigh of contentment. I feel so fortunate to see so many different landscapes, from desert to forests with the Rockies in between. I mean who would not want to travel and see something other than their house or a small cubicle they work in?

Walking in the hot, blazing sun, I wiped my brow, water in my other hand, ready to go inside another apartment, looking for the one that would be a dwelling for her, thinking, “Is this too soon?” My throat constricted as I thought of my baby leaving the nest. How To Have Endurance

Running. Sometimes we run for fun, or for a sport or a goal. It can be a great way to get in shape, in toning our legs, getting rid of the fat. My son used to do cross country running when he was in high school. He had to stay focused, enduring the pains and tiredness, till he got to the finish line, which was the final prize.

We can look at endurance as the strength and the motivation to keep going and not quit.
